Our craftsman have assembled the best-in-class enclosure for your tractor or utility vehicle. We sew the custom fit pattern together with 138 bonded thread
and have simpified the production to minimize the chance for errors. Our materials have been specifically selected to enhance the products longevity and
make it easy for you to keep clean. The zippers have been sized so that they are able to withstand multiple cycles and are large enough to make them easy
to assemble. The sliding doors can be either zipped or velcroed closed and have three velcro tabs sewn on them so that the door flaps can be rolled back
and attached to the three tabs preventing them from getting in the way when your using the zippers. We have incorporated many creature comforts and
concentrate heavily on glass placement for best visibility applications.
Easy Assembly steps:
Put top cover on over fiberglass roof label sew in back of the cover
Zip in panels and zip together allow them to hang for a while
Connect strap under tractor and pull tight make sure it is not rubbing against something hot where it might burn through the webbing.
Bend over tabs or stretch the elastic hooks at the fenders and floor board
Connect front rear and side hooks (attached to the elastic straps)
Storage Bag All enclosures come with a storage back and paper or foam which should be reused between the glass to protect it from scratching during storage
of the enclosures. The bag zips shut with a #10 zipper and is light weight and easy to handle.
Sliding Doors Each enclosures come with a sliding door which does not have to be removed from the tractor but instead can be either attached using Velcro
or zipped into place and slid back and forth as additional ventilation or entry and exit from the tractor are necessary. Each Velcro flap can be rolled out
of the way so it does not impede into the zipper area when zippers are used. This patent pending design is unique to CoverMyTractor products and makes for
a user friendly experience in not having to find a location to store the door.
U-Zips w/Tie Down Straps The front and rear windows come with a u-zip sections that can be zipped in both directions to allow for as much ventilation as
you desire and can be used as a clear visibility area in inclement weather. The straps that are used to roll up and secure the u-zip portion of the window
store away on snaps when not in use.
Engine Collar The engine cowling is surrounded by an elastic pocket that is used to seal the area from air around this area.
Visibility Our engineers focus on maximum visibility and due to their knowledge of driving tractors view the optimum locations to include glass. We review
both front and back operation and light positions so it is safe for on road driving. The triangular reflector is the responsibility of the user since in
some applications the enclosure will cover some of this feature.
Ingress and Egress The doors are designed for maximum entry and exit from the tractor. The storage of the doors on the sliders make this a engineering
challenge on some tractor models. We do everything it can to support the largest opening it can for the user.
